For the main course, Safari Room showcases elegant entrées crafted to impress. Highlights include:
- Georges Bank Scallops, paired with English pea purée, pancetta, preserved lemon, and beurre monté
- Hudson Valley Duck Breast, served with parsnip purée, roasted beets, blood orange, crispy Brussels sprouts, and sauce bigarade
