With her two masts tall under a clear sky, Aurora will take you back to a time reminiscent of the “Tall Ships Era.” The seaworthy Aurora is Coast Guard certified to accommodate up to 68 passengers and is professionally maintained by her friendly and experienced crew.

Catering options are available for special events or private charters including hors d’oeuvres, seafood platters, boxed lunches, or an authentic New England lobster boil on the Regatta Place patio.

We did the Wine and Cheese cruise and was able to take our group of 11 friends on and we had a blast!!! Last summer we did the Lobster Boil sunset cruise and it is just as fun. It’s a great excursion to try at least once a summer whether you are a local Rhody or spending your vacation in Newport!”

“An afternoon cruise aboard the Schooner Aurora was part of our niece’s wedding festivities, and it was great fun!  All the wedding guests were comfortably accommodated on board, and enjoyed drinks and snacks while sailing around Newport Harbor.  The crew were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, so could share restaurant and activity recommendations while tending to hoisting or adjusting sails.  We had an absolute ball—what gorgeous scenery!”
