With the increased impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we feel it is important to share with you what we are doing to help our guests and employees stay safe and healthy. We believe it is our responsibility to ensure we operate our hotels and restaurants in a safe manner.

All members of our staff have been trained to work safely and comply with new protocols and guidelines set forth by the state of Rhode Island and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We have also implemented new enhanced  health and safety protocols.

Here’s what to expect when visiting one of our properties:

  • All of our employees are required to wear masks for the safety of our guests.

  • We are screening each employee with non-contact temperature checks before each shift and instructing employees to remain home if they are not feeling well or showing any COVID-19 symptoms.

  • We require all guests to wear masks or face coverings as well when traveling around our properties.

  • All guests will also be screened prior to entering any of our properties. Screening documents will be kept confidential and used as a way to help contract trace. No personal information will be released without consent.

  • Guest rooms are thoroughly sanitized prior to your arrival.

  • Sanitizing stations are scattered  throughout our properties for guest use.

  • All common, high-touch surfaces (door handles, door knobs and railings) are disinfected regularly throughout the day.

  • We have installed plexiglass shields at our front desks and host stands.

  • We are encouraging the use of outside space whenever possible.

  • Restrooms are cleaned regularly and monitored throughout the day.

  • We have limited our restaurant reservations to ensure safe social distancing and disinfecting restaurant tables after each guest.

  • Tables are set 6 ft apart with a maximum group size of eight people per table.

  • Face masks are required while dining, except when eating or drinking. We will refuse seating and service to individuals without face coverings.

  • There are designated traffic routes throughout our properties to ensure one-way traffic.

  • We have posted signage to remind guests to social distance.

It is our mission to provide the best experience and ensure a safe environment for our guests to create life-long memories. We thank you for your cooperation and for choosing to stay and dine with us.
