Banquet Department
Assistant Banquet Manager
Assistant banquet manager to work with banquet management team to ensure client needs are executed as requested during their events. Demonstrated ability to train and supervise employees on the floor, troubleshoot problems and ensure client satisfaction while delivering high quality service is essential. Minimum 1-3 years of upscale banquet management experience as captain or floor supervisor required.
Banquet Captain
~ supervise staff on the floor to ensure a smooth running function
~ provide training, guest service and banquet oversight in conjunction with the Banquet Manager
Banquet Servers
~ provide service to guests during receptions and meals
~ ensure serving and dining tables are kept clean, neat and presentable while meeting guest
needs and company standards
Bartenders
~ serve guests attending functions ensuring the bar is stocked
~ prepare beverages according to standards
~ ensure service and work area complies with corporate and legal standards and requirements
Valet/Parking Attendants
*must have a valid drivers license and provide state driving record documenting driving history
~ greet guests to the property
~ provide valet parking assistance for banquet and other guests on property
Culinary
Experienced Banquet and Lead Line Cooks (select "cook" on application)
~ Lead requires at least one year experience as a lead on a busy banquet or restaurant line
~ Line Cooks should have at least one year experience working the line
Pantry/Prep for The Safari Restaurant (select "dishwasher/prep" on application)
~ reliable, responsible person with at least one year work experience and some basic kitchen skills
~ assist restaurant Line Cooks with meal and kitchen prep, cleaning, receiving and related duties
~ must demonstrate impeccable food safety and handling practices
Experienced Restaurant Lead Line Cook (select "cook" on application)
~ serve as the primary cook for The Safari Room
~ assist the Executive Chef with menu planning, specials, recipes and ordering
~ supervise other restaurant culinary personnel
The Safari Room
Servers
~ provide professional, reliable and polished guest service for lunch, dinner, brunch and private events
~ knowledgeable about menu and wine offerings
~ able to lift and carry trays up to 40lbs
Bartenders
~ serve guests attending functions ensuring the bar is stocked
~ prepare beverages according to recipes and company standards
~ ensure guest service and work area complies with all corporate and legal standards and requirements
Busser/Runner/Barbacks
~ assist The Safari Room servers and bartenders with picking up orders, serving, cleaning tables and
carrying trays to and from the kitchen and dishroom
~ assist with restaurant and serving station set-up and clean-up as required
~ able to lift and carry trays up to 50lbs throughout the shift
